Logistics Engineering, LLC is not affiliated with any builder, material handling company, software company or third party logistics provider (3PL).

We do not accept any commissions, finder's fees or other remunerations from any company for any service.

All consulting work is performed by principal owner and President Bob Cudnik or under his direct supervision.

Professional fees are estimated at the start of the project based on the location, the scope of work, and the length of the project.

  • You know the estimated professional fees prior to the start of the project
  • You know what is included in the project scope is and what is not included
  • You may cancel the project at any time

The professional fees are exclusive of travel and living expenses which are billed at cost with no mark up.

  • Travel expenses include transportation between Columbia, South Carolina and other approved locations.
    • The IRS standard mileage rate is used for automobile travel
    • Economy Plus is used for flight segments under two hours in duration
    • Business Class is used for flight segments over two hours in duration and for all international flights
  • Living expenses include hotel, ground transportation, and food items.
    • Marriott Courtyard or equivalent for hotel
    • Hertz or equivalent for car rental
    • $75.00 per day average for food items
  • Other expenses such as duplication services, small package fees, parking, and other incidental expenses are also billed at cost.

Invoices are prepared for each project on the fifteenth and last day of each month for work performed to date.

Payment terms are Net 15.

Logistics Engineering carries General Liability Insurance with the following Limits of Liability:

  • General Aggregate: $2,000,000
  • Per Occurrence: $1,000,000
  • Damage to Premises Rented (any one premises): $100,000
  • Medical Payments (any one person): $5,000

All materials, plans, specifications, and layouts will be the property of your company.

The right to terminate our procedure and work remains exclusively the right of your company. In the event that this right is exercised, the financial obligation on the part of your company ceases at that point of time written notification is received. The financial obligation on the part of your company would apply to the actual hours expended plus any travel and living expenses incurred.

Our recommendations will be sound and practical, however, they will not constitute guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, or legally binding obligations.
